Life in Motion was founded in 2020 by Katja Strube, RTCc. Her counselling sessions and workshops offer a warm, welcoming space where individuals can gently explore their grief with her caring, personalized approach.
Katja warmly guides her clients toward healing and comfort during challenging moments. She is genuinely committed to supporting you through your unique journey of loss.
Her background with the Hospice Society highlights her expertise and ensures that everyone feels understood and supported as they navigate their grief.
Katja takes pride in being a member of the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA) and the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT).
Her ongoing education and certifications in Grief and Bereavement, Trauma-Informed Counselling, and Family Therapy enhance her expertise as a
Grief Counsellor.
